It is with great disappointment I am writing this. As per the site of Filmarte Short Film Festival ( https://filmarte.movie.blog/ ) our film "Death Offers Life - last moments of Vincent Van Gogh" won two awards in December 2020. But in spite of several reminders to the festival we have still not got the digital certificates. This is the only award we have got from Portugal, but we are not able to announce this. I hope the festival authorities take note of this and address our grievance.
