Shortya Film Festival is a monthly competition of all type of short films. All genres all welcome. The main focus is always the inovation, the risk, the films that don't fit in the marketplaces.

1- In order to submit a film, you must own the rights or have permission from the owner.

2- The Festival relationship will exclusively be related to the film submitter.

3- Any Foreign film that is not in English must have English subtitles.

4- All fees are non-refundable.

5 – Not all the submissions are selected for the official competition. Our Judges are free to make their own choices and no answers will be given about not selected films.

7 – The applicants (submitters) must accept Rules and Terms.

8 – Submitting your movie, you authorize to use, distribute and share the film poster, trailer, synopsis and movie stills in our social media.

9 – Maximum length allowed is 30 minutes.

10- All films can have their certificate.

11 - All selected works are invited to be in Shortya TV with a revenue contract.
