Director's Statement

Director’s Note:
"Anishchay: The Uncertainty of Line in AI World" is a reflection of the inner turmoil faced by many in an era dominated by artificial intelligence. As the director, my goal was to create a visual representation of the psychological tension between human emotions and the growing influence of AI on our lives. The film centers on the fragility of human decision-making and how it collides with a world increasingly shaped by machines.
The production of this short film was both intense and spontaneous. The lead actor, Mafaaz, entered the shoot without knowing the full story, enabling him to respond with raw and authentic reactions. Filming this in a single day, we relied heavily on instinct and the natural environment to convey a sense of urgency. The final edit, coupled with VFX, was meticulously done over seven days to enhance the surreal nature of the story.
With Mr. Amit Kumar’s stunning cinematography capturing the conflict between human and machine in vivid detail, and Rajiv Kumar’s seamless production management, the film came to life in a way that felt almost like a dialogue between humans and technology itself. It is my hope that "Anishchay" will leave viewers contemplating not just the power of AI, but also the value of human choice in an uncertain world.
