It is about a boy living somewhere in a village near to an urban area.As every children goes to play after coming back from school he also do the same but he is able to play with his affordabilities only.
We people often romanticise and fantasize with those childhood improved arrangements (jugaad) or a village life struggles but for them who are living and growing with this type of arrangements in life can make them as weak as they will become used to it. Which is not romantic at all. I tried to use the life of town living birds as a metaphor to signify the absurd relationship of lowest class people with the rest of the world.
