Director's Statement
MEMORIE SBIADITE (FADED MEMORIES) represents a starting point to think about the way of understanding the "voice in mind" phenomenon. The idea was born after reading a discussion on an online forum, in which a concrete case of a woman constantly at the mercy of a voice was analyzed by two strands of thought. The first was related to the common idea to think the voice as a pathology to be treated with the help of drugs and / or specialists. The other was more inclined to conversation with the hypothetical entity to get rid of it in a simple way.
The short film romances them both, showing as a boy under therapy can't get rid of a voice and a vision just with the help of drugs because they probably belong to his (past) life.
It is a different way to see the mental phenomenon...in a different way to make cinema.
