Stanley Milgram (1933-1984) was born in the Bronx to Jewish parents Worked at Yale, Harvard University & Graduate Center, CUNY. Inspired by the events of WWII: Holocaust and war crimes and the 1961 trial of Adolf Eichmann: “I only followed the orders”, he conducted the famous “Milgram Study’, to demonstrate how university students, who participated in a very unethical and potentially harmful experiment (physical and psychological) could/would carry out orders from someone in an authority position. The purpose was to show how conformity could be influenced by a ‘doctor’, someone in a ‘lab coat’, who supposedly knew what they were doing, even though it wen t against everything they knew to be ‘normal’, ‘scientifically safely proven’, and dare we say ‘SANE’?

Fast-forward 2020…COVID! During this period of time, much information was passed, and then forced on the public that was; abnormal, not scientifically proven and dare we say ‘INSANE’? Was this a real –life Milgram Study on North America…the world?

This short documentary explores and examines the rationale and acceptance by millions of individuals. How was the government able to pass; lock downs and mask regulations with flimsy to no scientific data or proof?
