When the narrator asks ‘what next,’ the grandmother explores the story even further and more imaginatively. Though the young boy who is married to the princess has died, the grandmother gives him eternal life. However Tagore made the story teller and the listener to get involved in a story. The listener has to be open to the unexpected incident. The end of the story does not give the boy as he was identified himself with the character. He finds his own desire and vision to make the character to live as he is living.
This film is a theatrical narration with celluloid techniques, extracted from ‘Ekavyakthi Pradarshanagalu’ by Yogesh Master, designed & directed by Santhosh Kodenkeri.
