Director's Biography
As a professional Aneek Ray is a 3D Visualiser, 3D Sculptor, Animator, Concept Artist, Art Director, Creative Director, Cinematographer, VFX. SFX & Motion Graphics Supervisor, Film Maker, Technical Director.
Aneek started his career as a concept artist for Ubisoft. Driven by passion for the last 23 years he parallelly worked in many fields like gaming, VFX motion graphics, hardware prototyping, advertising etc. For him always, the journey, the process is more important than the medium. For years, actively he was involved in many award-winning game series like Call of Duty, The Witcher, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Gears of War, Need For speed, World of Warcraft, The Elder Scrolls, Half-Life, Resident Evil, Mortal Kombat to name a few.
In advertising Aneek’s work has made significant contributions to large brands like Eveready, Exide, Lafarge, Berger Paints, ITC, Tata Steel, Tata Tiscon, Tata Pravesh, ABP, Nova Eyewear, Link Pens, Electrosteel, Arrow, Lux Lyra, Metro, P. C. Chandra, Kutchina, Skipper, Swash, KIFF, Turtle Fashion, The Telegraph, Jamshedpur Football Club among several others.
Going beyond creative, his passion is to develop prototype hardware for gaming, VFX, production pipeline. Aneek is by core a technical and by heart a creative person. He sincerely believes, a pure soul is source of any creative excellence. As a film maker he loves to share his ethos, his understanding of life’s value by through his work. For him, being a good human is more important. Other things will follow.
