Director's Biography
Ed Hannigan is a professional musician and videographer based in Galway Ireland. He has been in the business now for over 25 years and in that time has toured all over the world and has had numerous chart success with various artistes as a musician, studio engineer and also as the videographer of their music videos.
Ed has been both in front, and behind the camera over the years, starting as a child actor in an early Bob Hoskins movie and then moving onto a few TV adverts along with some work as an extra. Then during a short stint at the famous Shepperton Film Studios at Pinewood UK he finally got to see behind the scenes and behind the camera while working on the set of various music videos, TV adverts and film projects that were passing through such as Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein starring none other than Robert De Niro it’s here where he got to watch the masters at work and got to see not only how a professional set runs but also how to get the best out of people when in the director’s seat and so he began to hone his craft.
Ed always likes new challenges and likes to think outside the box in order to get the maximum out of every project he is involved with and he is excited to move forward with this short documentary.
