The Norwich Film Festival was created as a platform for new and established filmmakers to interact and educate. 2009 was the first Norwich Film Festival and was an unprecedented success.

Organizers had submissions from all over the world and some really quality films screened. Organizers will offer workshops, talks, and Q&A sessions with the filmmakers after screenings.

Films preferably would not have been released in the UK in any format, including online, or shown on UK television prior to the Festival dates. This does not include other festival screenings.
Films completed after January 2020 are eligible for submission.
