Leroy Johnson is a widow with a 17-year-old daughter dealing with social issues, a 15-year-old son with a gambling problem and a 14-year-old genius son with an IQ of 163 caught in the middle! His youngest child, Bobby, aspires to be an entrepreneur and own his own Happy Burger food-truck. He works hard and saves his money, but his best friend Marcus is the exact opposite. He is a street hustler and drug dealer who constantly attempts to influence Bobby in negative ways. A crooked gambling deal goes sideways and causes a major disruption, and now the family is faced with a life-or-death situation that ends badly!

Director's Biography
JB, Ph.D, was born in Barnwell South Carolina. He is the 7th of 8 siblings. He served in two branches of the military, Army and Air Force. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Cinema Studies, a Master's degree in Education, a Bachelor's degree in Computer
Information Management, an Associate's degree in Applied Science and He is a nationally registered EMT from the Air Force.
He started writing plays, poetry and short stories at the age of 12, then move on to music, books and movie scripts some years later. Forbidden Love is the 8th of 16 scripts and four books that he has written, to include a children's book entitled Poppy, The Maskless Anti-Bullying Guinea Pig.
