Director's Statement
I have seen one of the interview of Mr. Dnyaneshwar Bodke and I surprised about
his contribution towards farming and so many following things like…
1. To discourage farmers from committing suicide.
2. To introduce role models in farming for helping improve the productivity.
3. To promote organic fertilizers.
4. To create awareness about ill-effects of chemical fertilizers.
5. To spread awareness that farming is a very successful and profitable activity.
6. Considering India being an agricultural country.
7. Encouraging farming by giving all knowledge about it.
8. Loan waiver is not a solution. In fact, if farming is done properly, farmer need
not be burden by loans.
9. To create awareness about farming being a very respectful and beneficial
activity in the society, and one of the activities on which everyone is highly
dependent.
10. To convince and encourage unemployed youth to turn towards farming.
Because all of these I have decided to make a film on his biography. Regards
