An unknown country military intelligence with the help of the brightest IT technicians develop a voice commanding system on phones with an inclusion of Artificial Intelligence, naming the program as “VOICEE”. On developing the application, concerned authorities realized the danger and decides to abandon the project. However, on test along with five other downloads from dark web someone successfully downloaded VOICEE somewhere in India. Indian military intelligence was secretly assigned to capture the downloaded mobile phone and an officer successfully confines the alleged phone. Parallelly a petty thief Rajan is been released from jail who comes across the officer in a local hotel, where Rajan steals the bag from the officer. Rajan finds the phone and to his surprise Voicee gets activated. Now like a genie from a lamp Voicee starts acquaintance with Rajan, providing wealth, happiness, murder, sex, trance and deceit forms the crux of this movie.

Director's Biography
Sanil is a lawyer by profession but had a deep passion towards movies and since 2011 have assisted with few movie projects. First attempt as an independent Director was a short film “SOUL” in 2016 and currently completed another short film titled “Voicee”. Born on 28th March 1981, had been very active in theaters and mime during school and college.
Director's Statement
This movie all started in a dream, the sequence was the antagonist going for robbery in a manson and he is given specific details on his movements by a phone. I still do not know why I saw such a dream or if it was influenced based on something I read or saw, however I started developing the story and slowly sequences fell in place. I always wanted to Direct something solely of my own creative thoughts and not be categorized as inspired. However, this whole subject was developed under the impression of making a feature film but sadly not many producers, production houses and people whom I discussed were convinced. This is when a friend of mine who is also the screenplay writer for Voicee pushed me in trying to make this concept as a short film and take it to audience. I had faced many turmoil’s like any other director who is not backed with a budget or funding faces like stopping shoot in mid-way, abuses for nonpayment and more over the never-ending wait. I am now happy to bring this humble attempt of mine to light and I trust you will all enjoy this short film.
