Alimohammad Eghbaldar was born in Rasht, a city located in the Gilan province near the Caspian Sea.
He is a graduate of Political Science in MA. He also trained director course at the Iranian Youth Society Cinema.
An interest in cinema led Eghbaldar to begin film making after graduated.He is also involved in cinematography and editing.
