Originally from Colombian, Angie resides in Los Angeles where she pursues a career as an actress, writer, and director.

Coming from a family of professional dancers and musicians, Angie developed a love of music, visual arts and acting throughout high school. After graduating, she moved from her country to New York City, where she continued her education in theater and the arts. She attended CUNY New York City College of Technology where she graduated in Arts & Graphic Design while at the same time studying acting at the acclaimed Lee Strasberg Theater Institute.

Angie had the opportunity to join the International Theater New York (ITNY) company participating in workshops & plays in theaters across Europe with the distinguished coach Robert Castle. After 10 years of acting on stage in New York, she moved to Los Angeles, where she continued in the entertainment industry. She is best known for her role as Maria in the Italian-American film In Sicily and Peaches, the award-winning web series film Saved by the Pole.

In early 2019, Angie wrote and directed her first short film called Salsa Mía, which she also starred in. Salsa Mia, has received an award as best short at the Tagore International Film Festival and continues to premier around the world at different festivals.

Angie is constantly working on her craft writing new projects and developing her first solo stage show. She has been very blessed to train with Stella Adler's protege, Arthur Mendoza in his Master Class at The Actor's Circle Theatre I and II and continues training with him.
