Tanumoy Biswas is independent short filmmaker from Kolkata,India. Within his first 6 years in filmmaking he has directed 6 short films. His filmography includes,Use Me-a film about waste management and everyday heros,followed by New Life-based on random acts of kindness released in the same year 2015. Then next two years saw the release of his art and social film Nijeshhota(Selfness) and historical,documentry film Bhagat Singh-The Last Letter.The latest installment to his filmography was The Diary-Don't open it a 10 min horror/thriller short film which bagged the 2nd runner up and best actress award in the anandalok short cut short film contest held in June,2018.
