Adnan Osman Shanaz
Shanaz is an Iraqi filmmaker. His films are stories that are close to reality, and sometimes fiction and fantasy. Adnan, studied cinema at Salahaddin University. Adnan Osman was born in 31st August 1969, in Erbil- Iraq. Adnan had and still have an artistic spirit, he is fond of classic movies, and as a teenager Influenced by Italian New Realism and French cinema. He wrote and published two books about cinema, Editor-in-Chief of a cinematic newspaper entitled as (Cinema Kurdica). Adnan won of a number of local, Iraqi and international film awards. He was the writes of his most films, and he has been a regular collaborator of youth cinema. He directed 15 short films and three feature films
