BiographyBorn and raised in Albania, I completed the studies in Biology in Tirana, Albania and obtained the Master's in Public Health in Rome, Italy. I worked in Tirana at the Institute of Public Health and United Nations (UNICEF) before immigrating to the U.S., where I worked as a science teacher, legal manager, and translator. After two decades of my career in the U.S., I returned to my home country, where I work as a freelance journalist, documentary movie maker and motivational speaker, perceiving the challenges of Albanian society from a different perspective.
