Steffen is a psychologist, counselor, educator, naturopath, natural health professional, drug and alcohol counselor, herbalist, and life, wellness, business& executive, and brain health coach. Dr. Steffen contributes monthly to Write Away Magazine and previously penned a health and wellness newspaper column in a suburb of Chicago, IL. Dr. Steffen hosted a wellness radio program that was simulcasted in New Jersey and Arizona. She was a content writer for E-How.com and Livestrong.com and wrote on a variety of functional topics. Dr. Steffen has hosted podcasts on mental health and wellness and has been a guest on many radio talk shows.
