Hossein Abbasi Sharifabadi is an Iranian filmmaker who has made short films such as Not to Be and Bloody Red. He is interested in experimenting with different movie styles and genres. His latest film, Blood Red, is a psychological horror film. He tries to produce his films independently with the least and simplest possible facilities. He is a graduate of film directing at the Tehran University of Arts. He is currently a master's degree student in cinema at Sourah University in Tehran.
The short scripts of Janiyar, Pouya, Boat, and Bloody Red are part of his activities in the field of screenwriting.
