My name is Manuel Rossi, i was born in Argentina in 1996. I am an animator, director, filmmaker, cartoonist and documentary maker. Im produced my first feature film at the age of 23, the documentary "Germen" that was declared of cultural interest in the city of Rosario, my native city, by the Rosario City Council Deliberative and the film was recognized by the United States House of Representatives in 2020 at the end of the International Film Festival of Broadway in Los Angeles, California.
