Ajijul Hasan Surzo (b. October 30, 1999) is a rising star in global cinema, an award-winning director, cinematographer, and producer whose work spans over a hundred productions across the U.S., Germany, Bangladesh, and India. As the founder and CEO of Craft Films LA, Surzo is celebrated for his emotionally resonant storytelling, visual precision, and bold commitment to industry reform.

His feature film Bubbles (2024) won Best Film at the Indie Short Fest, earning acclaim for its genre-defying narrative and sharp visual style. His cinematography on D was featured at the FIAPF-accredited Kolkata International Film Festival, held at the historic Rabindra Sadan. Earlier works like Manabi and The Auxiliary Verb were selected for the Dadasaheb International Film Festival, showcasing his early mastery of socially conscious storytelling.

Surzo’s commercial work includes national campaigns for NBC, FOX, and ABC, and his music videos and television projects have reached millions of viewers worldwide. Through Craft Films LA, he has built a launchpad for emerging talent and a creative hub that merges Hollywood innovation with global cinematic traditions.
