Zut! was founded in 2005 to support performing arts creations. It has been ensuring productions of contemporary dance, music, performance, installation, video, and community work. After a few years working from Lisbon, it moved to Alentejo, from where now most of the projects start. It has been collaborating with several artists, entities and institutional partners and the core collaborators are Hugo Cruz Marques, Inês Jacques, Isabela Valadeiro, Mário Jerónimo Negrão, Nuno Teixeira and Valério Romão. It has been taking taken its productions to dozens of parts of Portugal, but also to China, Corea, Egipt, Slovenia, France, India, Italy, Japan, Macedonia, Mozambique , Russia and USA.
