“There is no business like show business”

We have seen westerns, right? We have heard lines, such as “Remember me, amigo” (Kinski), “Generally I smoke after eating. Why don´t you come back after 10 minutes” (van Cleef). Or  Doc and Ringo dialogue : ”In vino veritas” ,”Age quod agis”.

Some have seen symbols or hidden messages in westerns. Like: ”People in saloon is symbol of society. Hero is symbol

of law and justice”. They think that story telling has multiple levels, both physical and symbolic.

In addition of movies, I have seen western villages, including one in Arizona. So I had huge background when acted in  ”Rudi Rafael vs Lucky Luke duel”. I was inworld of cliches.

I had some fresh ideas which I wanted to put into effect. I know acting and directing since I have acted in movies,

not only in ”Rudi Rafael vs Lucky Luke duel ”. We discussed and planned shooting places, times, storyline, etc.In another words, every detail of the comedy.

”How long it took time?” you might wonder.  Believe or not, it took several weeks to produce. Yes, even the comedy is comedy short, producing it does not happen in a flash. You shall shoot version after version, perhaps  shedding blood, sweat and tears.

However, I am happy (well, audiences are also) with the comedy. Film festivals around the globe has recognized ”Rudi Rafael vs Lucky Luke duel ”.  Rest is string of prizes! I want to express my gratitude to audiences. Interaction with audience gives energy to produce very best movies. There is no business like show business.
