ClujShorts is an event fully owned and organized by Persona Association and aims at establishing itself as a major international festival, while continuing to act as a platform for showcasing excellent works from around the Globe, and simultaneously contributing to the development and growth of the regional industry and talent.

Films must have been completed on or after January 1 st, 2021.
Works-in-progress will be considered, provided they will be completed prior to the Festival.
You may enter more than one film, but each one must be submitted separately and must have its own completed submission form.
Documents and Other Requisite Items

Fill out entry form,
Films will be sent via online transfer (WeTransfer, DropBox, etc).
All submitted films must be accompanied by: English synopsis, English dialogue-list, three high resolution stills, publicity materials (poster, trailer – if available).
Additional Information

All submitted films will not be returned and will be part of the Festival’s artistic heritage. The data provede will not be used for commercial purposes.
