"Feodosiya international film festival "was created by the Autonomous non-profit organization in the field of development of arts" Festival Plus " in 2017 to strengthen the improvement of communication of different cultures through the art of cinema.
"Feodosiya international film festival" gives filmmakers from all over the world the opportunity to present their works. We especially support the new generation of Directors. For graduates of film schools additional discounts and awards.
We do not put any restrictions on genres and themes of films.
All films selected for the festival should not violate the law of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical standards.
"Feodosiya international film festival" is annually held in a cosy hall of hotel "Gray's Inn", which has a homey atmosphere and after each competition screening of the film held a discussion and a vote.
We invite all film makers to take part in the festival and get feedback from the audience.
For the audience, we make the entrance free of charge, and everyone can visit our festival and Express their opinion. The film winners will receive awards and two special prizes from the jury and the audience award.

This Agreement Between "Feodosiya International Film Festival" (FIFF) And Movie Producers.
This Agreement Shall Enter Into Force Immediately From The Moment Of Application On The Websites Of Our Partners.
(FIFF) Has No Restrictions On Genres And Styles Of Films.
The Duration Should Be No More Than 180 Minutes.
The Film Had To Be Made After January 1, 2020.
The Film Does Not Have To Be Premiere.
All Films Selected For The Festival Must Not Violate The Russian Law And Ethical Norms.
All Materials Can Be Submitted Online Only On The Websites Of The Partners Of The Festival Or Directly By E-Mail Only Promotions And Newsletters.
The Selection Of Films Does The Festival Jury.
The Jury Will Consider Only Those Films Whose Authors Paid An Entrance Fee At The Partner Sites.
The Entry Fee Is Not Refundable And Does Not Give A 100% Guarantee Showing The Film At The Festival.
All Materials Will Be Sent To The (FIFF) Will Not Be Returned.
(FIFF) Has The Right To Use All Advertising Materials And Movie Trailers For Posting On The Festival Website And Social Media Channels And Social Networks Like Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, Etc.
Materials Other Than English And Russian Language For Selection Must Have English Or Russian Subtitles.
Past Films Official Selection, Rekomenuem Have Russian Subtitles.
The Participants Of The Festival Must Send Us A Copy Of His Film In Any Digital Format Online.
The Films Selected For Screening At The Festival, Must Pass All State Inspections. Obtaining Of Licences For Non-Commercial Demonstration At Festivals Are Not Necessarily In Accordance With The Law Of The Russian Federation.
(FIFF) Is Helping To Make Subtitles And To Pass All Necessary Inspections Obtaining All The Documents On Display In The State Courts, For A Fee, Which Is Negotiated Individually.
(FIFF) At Any Time Entitled To Change The Date And Time Of The Event, Also Venue, And Other Information In This Agreement. (FIFF) Is Not Obliged To Inform Film Producers About The Changes.
When Registering On The Site, You Agree To Receive Emails With News, Promotions And Other Material.
The New Agreement Comes Into Force Immediately After Publication On The Festival Website And On Partner Sites.
