International Star Film Festival Awards is an amalgamation of unleash cinematic creativity & madness of cine-goers of world. India is a culturally rich & destination of many budding filmmakers since past century. The festival objective is to give momentum to the cinema & to foster the growth of new breed of filmmakers.
The festival is dedicated to serve the short filmmakers specifically from all parts of India as well as world.

Rules & Terms

Rules & Terms
1. Entry fees Non- Refundable.
2. Film/Video Duration – All lengths are acceptable.
3. The film/video can be of any language or of any genre. All non-English films must have English subtitles.
4. YouTube, Google Drive & Vimeo links are accepted. Make sure that the links are not password protected and don't delete the upload till the date of award ceremony of ISFFA 2025.
5. The decision of the festival committee and jury members will be considered final.
6. All information will be given on Festival Facebook page, or an attempt will be made to contact by mail.
7. A director or production company may enter more than one category for a short film and may submit more than one film, provided a separate Entry Form and separate Entry Fee accompanies each category and film. The entry form must clearly mark the section/category entered for.
8. Selection of Short Films Music Videos for ISFFA will be done by a panel of committee whose decision will be final. However, Festival authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and section and is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society and for any circumstances festival committee will not be answerable for such decision to any person(s), or company or organisation.
9. Cost of courier charge will cover the submitter or Director or Producer, Prize and certificate will be awarded to the director (s) or producer(s) of the film. For any duties, fees and charges accrued from the transporting of the trophy, will be covered by the recipient, not the Festival organisers.
10. Entrant agrees to be bound by all terms of these official festival rules and regulations as established herein. The Indian Short Film Festival Awards reserves the right to extend the Festival deadline for any unforeseen reasons if needed. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s names, likeness and voice for future advertising and publicity purposes without any objection and claim.
11. Please fill up the Form properly. The entry will not be accepted without proper filled up the Declaration Portion.
12. Entry forms with incorrect/inadequate/illegible/ambiguous particulars will not be considered. The festival committee reserves the right to accept or refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever.
13. Only officially selected films/videos will be intimated by email. No letters of non-acceptance will be sent. All lists will be available on the Facebook page.
14. Entry Forms should be filled in clearly. Press materials i.e. synopsis (60 words), cast, credit, directors filmography etc. can be sent in separate word file format by email.
15. If selected for the festival the entrant must undertake to provide publicity clippings (Posters, Promos) for the use of the festival.
16. Official selection doesn't mean that all officially selected films/videos will be screened. Only selected films/videos or Top 20 films/videos(The decision of the festival committee and jury members will be considered final) will be screened.
17. Entrants will retain all ownership rights to their films submitted.
