Director's Biography
Satdeep Singh was born in Ludhiana, Punjab (India). Since 2009, he has written and directed about 40 short films, four feature films, a couple of documentaries, and music videos. Many of his short films have won awards at international film festivals. Satdeep's goal as an independent filmmaker is to travel the world, explore, and present stories that connect us all to our true spirit.
Director's Statement
The objective of this movie was to explore the significance of behavioral and mental health among teenagers in the modern world. People-pleasers frequently lack self-awareness; often, they aren't even conscious of their own desires or requirements. I intend to depict their lives in such a way that viewers can understand their inner reality — their emotional frame of reference — as clearly as if these were genuine people they knew in real life.
