Director's Statement
I am Ronald Romero, a 47-year-old Peruvian passionate about cinema and all the arts. As an environmentalist, I am deeply aware of the drastic changes that climate change, caused by human activity, is creating in our world. This concern is reflected in my film work, especially in my short film *Manan Kanchu Para*.
In addition to being an entertainment tool, I consider cinema to be essential for analyzing and questioning our society, with the firm purpose of inspiring positive change. My work seeks to raise environmental and social awareness, motivating people to be better.
