Synopsis: A Japanese priest, Yukio Matsumoto, arrives to take over a nearly abandoned church in Tokyo after the death of its former priest. As he begins preaching, two mysterious women challenge his religious views with philosophical and mythological reflections on femininity, creation, and spirituality.
