Apoorva Choudhary

Apoorva Choudhary is a Los Angeles-based production designer and filmmaker with extensive experience in feature films, documentaries, commercials, and vertical cinema. With a strong background in set design, art direction, and prop curation, she has contributed to over 17 films and collaborated with leading brands and production houses, including Sephora, FoxyMoron, The Cinema Junkies, Un Collective, and Wrightway Enterprises.

Apoorva holds an MFA in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy, Los Angeles, and a Master’s in Cultural, Media & Governance from Jamia Millia Islamia. With over eight years of experience, she is skilled in production planning, budgeting, union guidelines, and visual storytelling, ensuring a seamless creative and logistical process from concept to execution.

Passionate about crafting immersive cinematic worlds, she continues to push artistic boundaries, delivering compelling narratives through her meticulous design and storytelling expertise.

I am honored to have Blood Relations (2024) selected as a winner in the Student Category at the Mumbai Entertainment International Film Festival (MEIFF). As a production designer and filmmaker, I strive to create visually immersive worlds that resonate with audiences on both an emotional and intellectual level.

Blood Relations is a reflection of my passion for storytelling, combining elements of visual aesthetics, narrative depth, and cultural relevance. This film represents a significant milestone in my creative journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share it with a broader audience through this esteemed festival.
