Above quarterly winners will have their film or video re-screened at the 2nd annual BEST OF 400 Films Retreat live & in-person Showcase on October 15, 2024 in Rancho Cucamonga, California USA, the day after WEA's 10th annual Indigenous Film Retreat holiday celebration.

Films and videos that screen during the 2nd annual BEST OF 400 Films Retreat will compete for the 2024 Grand Prize of the Year, 2024 Top Movie Poster of the Year & 2024 Best Film Commercial of the Year!

-Despite the published Notification date, Official Selection plus screening dates & times will be announced on a rolling bases, as fast as 48 hours after the submission and subsequent supplying of the FILM, POSTER & COMMERCIAL marketing materials are received.

- No Filmmaker or Video Content Creator may have more than one film or video submitted per quarter.

-The submitter must own all copyrights to the submitted film or video. Any dispute will result in a film or video not being screened.

-All films or videos which are not spoken in English must have English subtitles.

-Only films or videos that are under 15 minutes in length qualify for Official Selection.

-In order to be Officially Selected a digital copy of the FILM, its POSTER and its under 30 seconds in length COMMERCIAL must be emailed to [email protected].

-All WFCN.co Officially Selected films or videos will be offered a live & in-person screening.

-The decisions of the Judges and Curator will be final.

-100 Films Retreat is not responsible for technical problems that arise in any film’s screening.

-All submission fees are non-refundable.
