The Blackboard International Film Festival is dedicated to celebrating filmmakers and creators worldwide who take risks and experiment with Filmmaking. Our initiative aims to support and honor filmmakers globally. We watch films and engage in discussions about them.

All officially selected films will receive an official certificate and a Laurel.

All films must include English subtitles unless English is the primary language spoken. We accept works-in-progress.

Blackboard International Film Festival will not take responsibility in the event of any disputes regarding film rights.

The jury’s decision is final, and we will not provide explanations for films that are not selected.
