As an international and independent film festival we accept submissions of all genres and from all corners of life. The festival is a hub for local filmmakers to celebrate their premieres.The festival is a creative event which stands with all the artists involved in filmmaking.

• All link, languages are accepted, subtitles are not compulsory.
• Shorts must be less than 45 minutes.
• Films over 45 minutes should submit to the feature category.
• FilmySea International Film Festival can use trailer/teaser/film poster for promotional
purpose.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• You own all the rights to the film.
• No inquiries or arguments will be entertained regarding non-selected films.
• The decision of the festival selection committee will be final
• Separate charges for postage and courier for trophies , mementos, certificate for
selected films not for attending the film festival.
• The code of conduct will have to be strictly followed by the entrants misbehavior may
lead to disqualification and legal action.
