An annual online festival that takes place from 28th of January till the 4th of February each year, starting with the first session 2021, and its activities
Each session has a unified topic that collects advanced films for the festival that are determined by the festival administration - the first session (Women's Cinema)

يتم اعلان و تسليم الجوائز في يوم الختام

1. Entries for the Aflemha Online Short Film Festival 2021 are open for everyone. Participants under the legal age must submit a consent letter from their parent or guardian.
1. The Short Film Should be based on Women Cinema subject or concept. We are currently not accepting Music video and/or Advertising Films.
2. The short film can be in any language. However, all films must include sub-titles in Arabic /English.
3. The total runtime of the Short Film, including opening & closing credits, should strictly be a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes.
4. All content used in the short film must be either owned or licensed. If any copyrighted material is used in the film, the participant must have the permission and submit a copy to the Festival Organizers.
5. The Last Date for Submissions is 22 January 2021
6. After 22nd January 2021, we’ll begin out “Late Entry Submission” process, wherein you’ll be able to submit your short film for an additional entry fee of 300 EGP. The Late Entry Submission deadline is 26th JANUARY, 2021.
7. Short films must be uploaded to our WeTransfer account available at wetransfer.com or through other online services like Google Drive or Dropbox  and must be made available for download to the festival organizers. YouTube & Vimeo links are not accepted.
8. Only Short Films produced & completed after 1st August 2020 are eligible for the festival.
9. Short Films that were submitted for any festival (s) into the 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 are not eligible for entry again.
10. The Entry Fee is 400 EGP per film.( Only Egyptian Short Films) and the Submission fee for all other countries is 50 usd

1. Multiple entries from the same participant are accepted, but each film must be accompanied by a separate form and entry fee.
2. The Aflemha Online Short Film Festival 2021 will be undertaken as an online-only event. The screening of all officially selected short films will be done online on a streaming, on-demand website purposefully built for Aflemha Online Short Film Festival. Participating short films will be made available for streaming to a private audience and the files will NOT be shared outside the screening website.
3. Aflemha Online Short Film Festival reserves the rights to copy or use the material submitted by the participants in any form, online or offline, for the festival’s promotional and archival purposes. Note that your entire short film will never be shared with anyone or uploaded online without your permission. We understand that filmmakers want to keep the films private, and we will honour that.
4. The short films that are selected for final screening will not be allowed to withdraw under any circumstances until the festival is over.
5. Judges’ decision will be final and binding.
6. Festival Organisers and Aflemha Online Short Film Festival reserve the right to change / modify / alter any rule or its part or event of this competition anytime.

 باب التسجيل في مهرجان أفلمها أونلاين السينمائي للأفلام القصيرة 2021 مفتوح للجميع. يجب على المشاركين دون السن القانوني تقديم خطاب موافقة من الوالدين أو الوصي.
أن يكون الفيلم القصير مقتبسًا من موضوع أو مفهوم سينما المرأة. لا نقبل حاليًا مقاطع الفيديو الموسيقية و / أو الأفلام الإعلانية.
يمكن أن يكون الفيلم القصير بأي لغة. ومع ذلك ، يجب أن تتضمن جميع الأفلام ترجمة باللغة الإنجليزية.
 يجب أن يكون إجمالي وقت تشغيل الفيلم القصير ، بما في ذلك الاعتمادات الافتتاحية والختامية ، بحد أدنى 5 دقائق بحد أدنى و 40 دقيقة كحد أقصى.
يجب أن تكون جميع المحتويات المستخدمة في الفيلم القصير مملوكة أو مرخصة. في حالة استخدام أي مادة محمية بحقوق الطبع والنشر في الفيلم ، يجب أن يحصل المشارك على إذن ويقدم نسخة إلى منظمي المهرجان.
 آخر موعد لتقديم الطلبات هو 22 يناير 2021
 بعد 22 يناير 2021 ، سنبدأ عملية "التقديم المتأخر" ، حيث ستتمكن من إرسال فيلمك القصير مقابل رسوم  إضافية قدرها 300 جنيه مصري. الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات المتأخرة هو 26 يناير 2021.
 يجب تحميل الأفلام القصيرة على حساب أو الإيميل الرسمي للمهرجان
WeTransfer من موقع
wetransfer.com أو من خلال خدمات أخرى عبر الإنترنت مثل Google Drive أو Dropbox ويجب إتاحتها للتنزيل لمنظمي المهرجان.
لا يتم قبول روابط
YouTube و Vimeo.
الأفلام القصيرة التي يتم إنتاجها وإكمالها بعد 1 أغسطس 2020 هي المؤهلة للمهرجان.
 الأفلام القصيرة التي تم تقديمها لأي مهرجان (مهرجانات) في 2016 و 2017 و 2018 و 2019 غير مؤهلة للدخول مرة أخرى.
 رسوم الدخول 400 جنيه مصري للفيلم. للأفلام المصرية فقط -لجميع البلاد الأخري 50 دولار امريكي

يتم قبول إدخالات متعددة من نفس المشارك ، ولكن يجب أن يكون كل فيلم مصحوبًا باستمارة منفصلة ورسوم دخول.
سيقام مهرجان أفلمها أونلاين السينمائي للأفلام القصيرة 2021 كحدث على الإنترنت فقط. سيتم عرض جميع الأفلام القصيرة المختارة رسميًا عبر الإنترنت على موقع المهرجان حسب الطلب تم تصميمه خصيصًا لمهرجان  أفلمها أونلاين السينمائي للأفلام القصيرة. سيتم توفير الأفلام القصيرة المشاركة للتدفق إلى الجمهور  ولن يتم مشاركة الملفات خارج موقع العرض.
 يحتفظ مهرجان أفلمها أونلاين السينمائي للأفلام القصيرة بالحق في نسخ أو استخدام المواد المقدمة من قبل المشاركين بأي شكل ، عبر الإنترنت أو دون اتصال بالإنترنت ، لأغراض المهرجان الترويجية والأرشيفية. لاحظ أنه لن تتم مشاركة فيلمك القصير بالكامل مع أي شخص أو تحميله عبر الإنترنت دون إذنك. نحن نتفهم أن صانعي الأفلام يريدون الحفاظ على خصوصية الأفلام ، وسوف نحترم ذلك.
الأفلام القصيرة التي تم اختيارها للعرض النهائي لن يسمح لها بالانسحاب تحت أي ظرف من الظروف حتى انتهاء المهرجان.
 سيكون قرار القضاة نهائيا وملزما.
يحتفظ منظمو المهرجان ومهرجان أفلمها أونلاين السينمائي  للأفلام القصيرة بالحق في تغيير / تعديل / تغيير أي قاعدة أو جزء منها أو حدث من هذه المسابقة في أي وقت.
