1. The films must be shot in DSLR or Cine Camera.
2. The short films must not be shorter than 7 minutes and must not exceed a duration of 20 minutes. Please maintain the time duration as per the chosen category.
3. Students can use any device to shoot including mobile phones and Iphones.
4. To submit under the student category, student id is mandatory.
5. After the submission, the money won't be refunded if your film is not selected in the festival.
6. The jury members has every right to disqualify any film on the basis of the given rules.
7. If protocol is not followed the film will be eliminated in the first round itself.
8. The festival will not provide any travel or accommodation to the submitters.
9. We are requesting the top ten selected filmmakers to be present on the day of the festival.
10. The top three submissions from every category will be released on the festival's online platform.
11. For the music video category, the lyrics, music, composition must be original. Anyone not following this will be disqualified.
