Il Polbert International Touring Film Festival indice la sua edizione 2026, che si svolgerà il 25 - 26 - 27 settembre 2026 presso Bibione (VE).
Il Festival è organizzato da Polbert Cinema, esperti del settore festivaliero da oltre 10 anni.
Il Festival nasce con l’obiettivo di promuovere il cinema indipendente nazionale e internazionale, valorizzando opere di qualità, nuovi talenti e linguaggi cinematografici contemporanei.

PROGRAMMA PITFF:
Venerdì 25 settembre – Passato

Il festival prenderà il via con un’immersione nel passato: la giornata inizierà con la conferenza stampa, momento di incontro e confronto con la stampa, per poi dare il via ufficiale all’apertura del Festival e presentare materiali dell’archivio in collaborazione con la cineteca del Veneto. La serata sarà dedicata alle prime proiezioni in concorso, offrendo al pubblico l’opportunità di scoprire storie e talenti che animeranno questa edizione.

Sabato 26 settembre – Presente

Il secondo giorno metterà il pubblico al centro del presente del cinema contemporaneo: proiezioni in concorso e fuori concorso scandiranno la giornata, permettendo di vivere appieno le opere selezionate. La serata offrirà momenti di networking e nuove proiezioni in concorso, creando occasioni di incontro tra professionisti, autori e spettatori appassionati.

Domenica 27 settembre – Futuro

La terza giornata sarà interamente dedicata al futuro: la serata inizierà con l’introduzione della presentatrice che aprirà il panel e presenterà il moderatore. Seguirà un incontro con Nicolò Gallio e Mateusz Miroslaw Lis, accompagnato da slide e dal trailer di Il Diario di Sisifo. Seguirà un incontro con esperti e autori, durante il quale verranno proiettati diversi cortometraggi sull’intelligenza artificiale. Ogni proiezione sarà accompagnata da sessioni di Q&A, prima in dialogo con il moderatore e poi con il pubblico, offrendo così un’occasione unica di approfondimento, confronto e partecipazione attiva. Sarà un momento pensato per stimolare riflessione e ispirazione, celebrando il cinema come ponte verso il futuro.

The Polbert International Touring Film Festival announces its 2026 edition, which will take place on May 8–9–10, 2026, at the Theatre of Savoy Beach Hotel & Thermal SPA, Bibione (Venice, Italy).
The Festival is organized by Polbert Cinema, with over 10 years of experience in the film festival industry.
The Festival was created with the aim of promoting national and international independent cinema, highlighting high-quality works, new talents, and contemporary cinematic languages.

PROGRAM PITFF:
Friday, September 25 – Past
The festival will open with an immersion into the past: the day will begin with a press conference, a moment of meeting and discussion with the media, followed by the official Festival opening and the presentation of archival materials in collaboration with the Veneto Film Archive. The evening will be dedicated to the first competition screenings, offering the audience the opportunity to discover the stories and talents that will bring this edition to life.

Saturday, September 26 – Present
The second day will place the audience at the center of contemporary cinema: competition and non-competition screenings will take place throughout the day, allowing attendees to fully experience the selected works. The evening will offer networking opportunities and additional competition screenings, creating occasions for interaction between professionals, authors, and passionate viewers.

Sunday, September 27 – Future
The third day will be entirely dedicated to the future: the evening will begin with an introduction by the presenter, who will open the panel and introduce the moderator. This will be followed by a discussion with Nicolò Gallio and Mateusz Miroslaw Lis, accompanied by slides and the trailer of Il Diario di Sisifo. Then, there will be a session with experts and authors, during which several short films on artificial intelligence will be screened. Each screening will be followed by Q&A sessions, first with the moderator and the creators, and then with the audience, offering a unique opportunity for reflection, discussion, and active participation. This will be a moment designed to inspire thought and creativity, celebrating cinema as a bridge toward the future.

6. PREMI SPECIALI – “SAN MARCO”
Oltre ai premi previsti dal presente Bando, il Polbert International Touring Film Festival assegnerà anche alcuni Premi Speciali, denominati “SAN MARCO”, dedicati alle categorie più prestigiose della manifestazione.
I Premi Speciali SAN MARCO sono ispirati al simbolo di Venezia e rappresentano il massimo riconoscimento del Festival per l’eccellenza cinematografica.

Ai vincitori dei premi MIGLIOR CORTOMETRAGGIO e MIGLIOR CORTOMETRAGGIO – SEZIONE “CINEMA EMERGENTE” sarà conferito un premio speciale, appositamente dedicato a tali categorie.


I Premi SAN MARCO celebrano la qualità artistica, l’originalità e l’eccellenza delle opere cinematografiche premiate.

6. SPECIAL AWARDS – “SAN MARCO” PRIZES
In addition to the standard awards listed in the Festival regulations, the Polbert International Touring Film Festival will also present a series of Special Awards, named “SAN MARCO”, dedicated to the most prestigious categories of the Festival.
The SAN MARCO Awards are inspired by the symbol of Venice and honor excellence in cinematic achievement.

Each winner will receive an official SAN MARCO statuette featuring the Wings of the Lion of Saint Mark.

The BEST SHORT FILM and BEST SHORT FILM – “EMERGING CINEMA” SECTION awards will receive a dedicated special prize, specifically designed for these categories.


The SAN MARCO Awards represent the highest recognition of the Festival and celebrate artistic quality, originality, and cinematic excellence.

2. MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE
L’iscrizione avviene esclusivamente tramite le piattaforme FilmFreeway, Festhome, WFCN a partire dal 14/01/2026.

I registi/produttori/distributori potranno inviare al Festival UNA SOLA OPERA. Qualora dovessero giungere alla direzione del Festival DUE O PIÙ OPERE È PREVISTA LA SQUALIFICA.

Nel caso di ammissione alla selezione ufficiale, e quindi proiezione dei progetti durante le giornate del Festival, è richiesto un contributo per accedere alla finale di € 10 per i cortometraggi e € 20 per i lungometraggi ENTRO E NON OLTRE IL 13/04/2026.

NESSUNA DISTRIBUZIONE È ESENTE DAL PAGARE LA TASSA D’ISCRIZIONE, LA TASSA DI SEGRETERIA E IL CONTRIBUTO PER ACCEDERE ALLA FINALE.

4. MATERIALI PER I FINALISTI
La commissione interna del Polbert International Touring Film Festival, totalmente composta da operatori professionisti del settore cinematografico, che riceveranno regolare retribuzione per l’attività svolta, stilerà la selezione ufficiale previo esame delle opere giunte in pre-selezione entro i termini prescritti. Il giudizio della commissione è insindacabile in questa come in tutte le fasi della manifestazione. I registi/produzioni/distribuzioni riceveranno la comunicazione dell’eventuale ammissione alla selezione ufficiale del Festival e le opere selezionate verranno proiettate durante le giornate del festival e concorreranno per vincere i premi scritti sopra.
I finalisti dovranno mandare TUTTI seguenti materiali all’email [email protected] entro e non oltre il 13/04/2026:
- Film/corto in MOV o MP4 1920x1080 - IN LINGUA ORIGINALE SOTTOTITOLATO IN ITALIANO (OBBLIGATORIAMENTE);
- Trailer MOV o MP4 1920x1080 - IN LINGUA ORIGINALE SOTTOTITOLATO IN ITALIANO (OBBLIGATORIAMENTE);
- 3 foto JPG;
- Locandina JPG;
- Sinossi max 1.000 caratteri.

IN CASO DI MANCATO INVIO ANCHE DI UN SOLO MATERIALE TRA QUELLI RICHIESTI, È PREVISTA LA SQUALIFICA IMMEDIATA DELL’OPERA DAL CONCORSO.

5. SELEZIONE E GIURIA
La selezione è a cura di una commissione interna di professionisti del settore.
Il giudizio è insindacabile. Le opere selezionate saranno proiettate durante il Festival e giudicate da una giuria di professionisti.

Dopo l’iscrizione al Festival, i cortometraggi e i lungometraggi saranno sottoposti a una fase di preselezione a cura di operatori professionisti del settore cinematografico. Le opere ammesse alla Selezione Ufficiale verranno proiettate nel corso delle tre giornate del Festival e saranno valutate dalla giuria presente in sala. Esclusivamente le opere proiettate durante il Festival potranno concorrere all’assegnazione dei premi ufficiali.
I VINCITORI ITALIANI DEI PREMI DI CATEGORIA DEVONO NECESSARIAMENTE RITIRARE IL PREMIO DI PERSONA DURANTE IL FESTIVAL. IN CASO DI IMPOSSIBILITÀ A PRESENZIARE PER IL RITIRO DEL PREMIO, L’OPERA SARÀ AUTOMATICAMENTE SQUALIFICATA DAL CONCORSO.
7. PROMOZIONE
Il materiale relativo alle opere selezionate (inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, trailer, estratti, immagini, locandine, sinossi e informazioni tecniche) potrà essere utilizzato dagli organizzatori del Polbert International Touring Film Festival per finalità di comunicazione, promozione e diffusione culturale attraverso mezzi stampa, sito ufficiale della manifestazione, social network ufficiali (quali Facebook, Instagram e altri canali digitali), nonché in eventuali materiali promozionali presenti e futuri del Festival, senza limiti temporali o territoriali e senza che ciò comporti alcun compenso economico.
L’INVIO DI UN’OPERA AL FESTIVAL COMPORTA L’AUTOMATICA ACCETTAZIONE INTEGRALE DEL PRESENTE BANDO, IVI COMPRESO IL PRESENTE ARTICOLO RELATIVO ALL’UTILIZZO DEL MATERIALE. CON L’ISCRIZIONE, I PARTECIPANTI AUTORIZZANO ESPRESSAMENTE GLI ORGANIZZATORI ALL’USO ILLIMITATO DEL MATERIALE INVIATO PER LE FINALITÀ SOPRA INDICATE E RINUNCIANO FIN DA ORA A QUALSIASI PRETESA, CONTESTAZIONE O RIVENDICAZIONE PRESENTE O FUTURA IN MERITO A TALE UTILIZZO.

8 . ACCETTAZIONE BANDO
La partecipazione al Polbert International Touring Film Festival comporta l’accettazione totale, incondizionata e senza riserve del presente Bando in ogni sua parte. Con l’iscrizione, ciascun partecipante dichiara di aver preso visione di tutte le norme e condizioni previste, di comprenderle pienamente e di accettarle integralmente, impegnandosi a rispettarle in tutte le fasi della manifestazione, senza possibilità di successive contestazioni o riserve.

Online section dedicated exclusively to documentaries related to the Veneto Region (Italy).
Maximum running time: 100 minutes, including credits.
Documentaries will be uploaded to www.polbertcinema.com and voted online.

2. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
Submissions must be made exclusively through FilmFreeway, Festhome, or WFCN, starting from January 14, 2026.
Directors / producers / distributors may submit ONLY ONE WORK.
If two or more works are submitted by the same applicant, automatic disqualification will apply.

Feature films: €70
Short films: €10

Second Deadline: March 21, 2026
Feature films: €85 + €10 administration fee
Short films: €15 + €10 administration fee

4. MATERIALS FOR FINALISTS
The internal selection committee of the Polbert International Touring Film Festival—entirely composed of professional film industry operators—will determine the Official Selection after reviewing the pre-selected works. The committee’s decision is final and unquestionable at all stages.
Selected works will be screened during the Festival and will compete for the official awards.
Finalists must send ALL the following materials to [email protected] no later than April 13, 2026:
Film / short film in MOV or MP4, 1920×1080 - Original language with Italian subtitles (mandatory)
Trailer in MOV or MP4, 1920×1080 - Original language with Italian subtitles (mandatory)
3 JPG still photos
Poster (JPG)
Synopsis (max 1,000 characters)
Failure to submit even one required item will result in immediate disqualification.

5. SELECTION & JURY
The selection is carried out by an internal committee of industry professionals.
All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
Only films screened during the Festival are eligible for official awards.
Italian winners of category awards must collect the prize in person during the Festival. Failure to attend the award ceremony will result in automatic disqualification.

7. PROMOTION
The Festival organizers may use materials related to selected works (including trailers, clips, images, posters, synopses, and technical information) for communication, promotion, and cultural dissemination purposes across press outlets, the official website, official social media channels, and current or future promotional materials, without time or territorial limits and without financial compensation.
Submission to the Festival implies full acceptance of these regulations, including this article. By submitting, participants expressly authorize unlimited use of submitted materials and waive any present or future claims.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF REGULATIONS
Participation in the Polbert International Touring Film Festival implies full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these regulations in all their parts. By submitting, participants declare that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all rules and conditions.
